Observation

110-300-0165(2)(c)- there were cords accessible to children such as a white phone charger, computer charger and other charger devices that were at kids level, cords not tucked away behind board and cord hanging from power strip placed by the window. 110-300-0165 (2)(d)- there were plastic bags in entrance cubbie and in the restroom where diapers are being stored under changing table. 110-300-0165(3)(a) bolts were sticking out around fence in different areas of it and where blue gate is at. 110-300-0165(3)(c)- two broken bikes and one broken lid of container placed outside.
