CAMP FIRE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM - ENGLISH CROSSING

Observation

L.H. has been working as a lead and passed three months since her role started. She has not yet completed School Age basics training. A.S. did not have First Aid/CPR training while working alone and in ratio with children. A.S. and L.H. do not show taking the dept. health and safety topic trainings (Emergency preparedness, homelessness, child abuse/neglect) in their MERIT records and have not completed School Age Basics which would be acceptable to substitute those trainings. Two staff working today, A.S. and L.H. did not have BBP training.
