WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was some containers of sunscreen and three cans of shaving cream (say keep out of reach of childen) located in a cabinet accessible to the children in the Bear room. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): The storage room was unlocked in the Bears room and accessible to the children.
