2)c) The television cord was wrapped around the wall mounting bracket and plugged in to an electrical outlet a few feet from the television. The cord was not secured to the wall between the television and electrical outlet. There were chairs stacked under the outlet and cord that children could climb on and thus, the cord was accessible to children. 2)d) There were plastic bags in drawers and cabinets in the classroom that were accessible to children in care. The safety latch on the cabinet under the sink in the classroom was found to be not fully secured and there were plastic garbage bags in the cabinet accessible.
