Observation

There were 3 prescription medications that had expired medication and expired prescriptions. It was reported that the children will not return until the school year begins at the end of August. It will be required to have a new prescription, current medication, and a new authorization for each of them prior to returning to care. There were 2 prescription medications that had authorizations on file that were not current, and both of the medication authorizations expired in June 2025. One of the prescriptions was also expired in June. A medication authorization for a prescription medication did not include the start and end dates or reason for the medication (medical need). This issue was corrected today as the parent was present to complete the information.
