Observation

Food preparation counters were observed to have dirty dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and food bits. Cleaning and sanitizing solutions were not within reach. There were stacks of eating utensils and dishes stacked in food preparation area that were not cleaned and sanitized after each use. The appliances used to prepare food had used pots and utensils and food debris and were not cleaned after each use. The diaper changing table did not have cleaning and sanitizing solution nearly to be used after each use. Play pen side and couch had visible stains.
