Observation

Two climbers with slides are placed within each's fall zone. The ground cover is of wood chips. Licensor was only able to dig down 5" before hitting compaction. According to CPSC guidelines on page 37, the spring rocker requires at least a 6 foot fall zone around it. The house slide does not have an adequate fall zone, it measures 45".
