Observation

Window coverings were observed to pose a suffocation hazard at the time of inspection. Large items were observed on top of shoe cabinet and refrigerator that posed a risk of falling/tipping at the time of inspection. The living room was observed to be lacking appropriate illumination at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 131.2 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Outlets in the living room were observed to be non tamper-resistant at the time of inspection.
