Observation

2)c) There were several cords accessible to children in the upper level entry way, in the main floor living room, and in the kitchen on 7/28/2023. 2)c) There were two cords in the bathroom downstairs that are not secured to prevent strangulation on 8/1/2023. 3)a) On 7/28/23 there were sharp knives on the kitchen counter that were accessible to children in care. 3)g) The handlebar grip on the red trike is splitting in two and is not in good condition 7/28/2023. 4)c) The light bulbs in the fixture in the living room were exposed and were not shatter resistant. This area was being used for child activities on 7/28/2023. 5)b) The GFCI outlet in the downstairs bathroom is not tamper resistant and the cover was not secured to prevent child access on 8/1/2023. 5)c) There was a wall switch that was accessible to children and had exposed wires on 7/28/2023. 5)d) An air purifier, the wifi router, and the printer were not plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector as extension cords were being used to plug these items in on 7/28/2023. 5)f) Extension cords did not appear to be used for a brief, temporary purpose as they were being used for items that would be plugged in all the time on 7/28/2023.
