0165 (2)(c) The provider had several cords in the living room and in the kitchen that could form a look not inaccessible to children. 0165 (2)(d) The provider had garbage bags in the living room that are not made inaccessible to children. 0165 (3)(d) The washer and dryer did not have the straps on them when the licensor arrived. During the walk through with the provider she fixed them by locking them. 0165 (4)(c) The provider has a free standing lamp that is not securred to prevent tipping.
