0345(3) Infant teacher observed to be out of the infant room located on the lower level. This licensor observed this teacher on the upper level on two occasions while infants were sleeping. Children observed outside, playing on the side of home in an area with no supervision. 0345(5)(b) No alarms on any of the doors.
