2c) power cords were observed accessible to children. A cord to a sound machine was strung on the floor, within reach of a napping child. Two power cords for air purifiers were loosely on the floor. 4e) the water temperature tested over 125 degrees F in the bathroom hand washing sink. 4f) the stairs leading up to the bathroom area are not blocked by a gate. The stairs leading down to the basement level are not blocked by a gate. Children aged 1.5 years and 2 years were in care during the visit.
