0145(1) - At the time of inspection, this licensor observed a large screw and rusty metal wires protruding from the outdoor canopy that provides shade for the outdoor play area. A Clorox cleaning product and a bucket of Black Jack Elasto-Kool 1000 Elastomeric Roof Coating were also observed in the outdoor play area during the inspection. 0145(11) - At the time of inspection, the gate on the left side of the home was not able to self-latch.
