At the time of the visit, support staff AAR and SGS did not have file onsite to verify if they have completed SA basics training, recognizing and reporting child abuse training, emergency preparedness training, children experiencing homelessness, medication management and Bllod borne pathogen training. Both staff did not have these trainings recorded in MERIT
