Observation

At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, children were not in their designated "classrooms" (side of the cafeteria) and staff were not always aware of what the children in their groups were doing or where they were in the room. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, one enrolled child was playing with a random community person's dog on the sport field without the staff's knowledge.
