At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, three of the four staff did not have current food workers cards completed in MERIT or in files for review. Staff served snack. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff in MERIT, including three who were present, did not have school age basics completed in MERIT. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff, including three who were present, did not have a current bloodborne pathogens training in MERIT or files. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff in MERIT, including three who were present, did not have CPR or First aid training completed in MERIT or in Files for review.
