WAC 110-301-0186(1)(a)(b)(c)(i)(ii)(iii)(iv) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed that staff D.B. had posted and talked to this licensor about a chlid having an allergy of dairy. This licensor did not observe an ICP documentation with written instructions from the child's health care provider and parent in the child's file with this known food allergy.
