WAC 110-301-0106(3)(a)(b)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor was told by the sub C.M. that she has not fully finished her school age basics training. This licensor let the site coordinator D.B. know that she is not allowed to be alone with the children until she recieves this. This licensor obsereved C.M was left alonw with children unsupervised a few times during the visit.
