The Household member was missing child care basics in MERIT and the licensor was not presented with proof of Child care basics at the visit. 0106 (11) Licensor observed provider who was listed as Household member in MERIT solely in charge of children. The Household member was missing CPR/ FA and BBP in MERIT and the licensor was not presented with proof of CPR/FA and BBP at the visit. 0106 (12) All 3 people listed in providers MERIT were missing Food handler's cards. The licensor was not presented with proof of Food handlers cards at the visit.
