Extension cord observed in the Osprey Room, surge protector observed In the Hummingbird room accessible to children. One cord was observed to have duct tape on it. Cord observed hanging from the ceiling in the young toddler’s room. Multiple items and furniture observed to be not secured and at risk of falling.
