WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): A hose was observed on the playground, lying on the ground and forming multiple loops. The director has moved the hose to storage, making it inaccessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): Plastic bags were observed on the bottom shelf in the bathroom, within children's reach. The director has moved the bags out of reach, placing them on the top shelf. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): The water temperature in the bathroom sink was measured at 121.1 degrees Fahrenheit. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): The outlet in the bathroom near the sink was observed to be GFCI but not tamper-resistant (TR).
