Observation

The licensee has not created a staff file for her high school age daughter who is serving as an Aide. Her daughter's employment was not entered on the licensee's facility page, nor was she entered as a household member previously. (This was corrected today with my assistance). The daughter's CPR and BBP was not entered in MERIT. (This was also corrected today)
