Observation

0221 (1) (a): Preschool classroom had child whom was stand up diapering occuring and no station was present. No diapering sign, and no pale. A pale was added while Licensor was on site. 0221 (2)(a): Woddler diapering sink was not being used in classroom and was using in classroom sink which is not within arms reach of diapering station. 0221 (4): Preschool classroom did not have a diaper disposal pale. This was added while Licensor was on site.
