Provider has not corrected BBP violation, staff have not had training per L & I standards. Staff who needed Food Handler Safety Training, reported to this licensor during a recent onsite visit, she has yet to take the training. 1 Staff listed in Merit, has not completed Safe Sleep Training. Staff still are not complete with Child Care Basics. In Merit, 3 staff show they have not completed the 30 hours initial training. Risk
