During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the main entrance front door, and the emergency exit back door were not equipped with a single turn doorknob that remains unlocked from the inside and locked from the outside (Provider MW is licensed for overnight care), and the doorknob requires special knowledge to unlock from the inside.
