Warsame Khadijo A (Samakab Daycare)

Observation

At the time of monitor visit onsite inspection, there was a climb/slide structure (yellow/pink/blue/green) that had a platform 27" high; and a small slide (pink/green) that was 24" high without any ground cover. Both structures were arranged in a way that were too close to other items and structures (less than 6') and did not conform to CPSC guidlines.
