Observation

Two vacuum cleaners in licensed space (eat in kitchen and hall next to art area) were accessible to children on the day of your inspection. Clorox wipes (1) on kids height counter top in eat in kitchen accessible to children. Multiple commecial grade containers of Boardwalk hand soap (10 containers) labeled keep out of the reach of children on back licensed bathroom floor accessible to children. Additionally, there were 4 containers of Clorox wipes on the floor in back room's licensed bathoom that was accessible to children. Tire cleaner on ground in licensed play yard and air freshener on floor in staff bathroom that can also be used by childcare children accessible to children. Both labeled keep out of the reach of children. Bleach water in spray bottle on kids height counter accessible to them in the eat in kitchen. Unlicensed office must be made inaccessible to children
