WAC 110-300-0165(2)(f): Glass sliding door used in licensed space, to get to outdoor play area, does not have stickers or art work at child eye-level. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): 3 Outlets near sinks were observed (in bathroom and kitchen area) are tamper-resistant but are not GFCI type.
