The cord remained long enough to form a loop, posing a potential strangulation hazard. 0165 (2)(d) The licensor observed a roll of plastic wrap stored in an unsecured kitchen drawer that was accessible to children. 0165 (3)(a) The licensor observed the kitchen drawers were storing items such as knives, plastic wrap, staples, and other small tools. These drawers were accessible to children, posing potential safety hazards. 0165 (3)(f) The licensor observed that the personal cubby shelving unit was not mounted to the wall, posing a potential tipping hazard. 0165 (4)(e) The licensor observed that the water temperature was 135°F, exceeding the maximum allowable temperature of 120°F as required by regulations. 0165 (5)(a) The licensor observed six electrical outlets in the childcare space that were not equipped with tamper-resistant (TR) features. 0165 (5)(b) The licensor observed that the bathroom is equipped with GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlet; however, there are a total of four electrical outlets installed side by side above the sink. 0165 (5)(c) The licensor observed that the electrical box and water heater had exposed wires that were accessible to children, posing a potential safety hazard. 0165 (5)(e) The licensor observed power strips located in the childcare space, stored on the carpet and accessible to children.
