Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor play structure not arranged to meet the CPSC guidelines of six feet measurements of barriers and surfacing in the fall zones (climbing wall 59 inches from barrier, ladder 31 inches from barrier, slide 57 inches, and only 6.5 inches of shock absorbing bark chips). (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor play structure not arranged to meet the CPSC guidelines of six feet measurements of barriers and surfacing in the fall zones (climbing wall 59 inches from barrier, ladder 31 inches from barrier, slide 57 inches, and only 6.5 inches of shock absorbing bark chips). (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a small bouncing rebounder trampoline in the corner of the side outdoor play area. (4)
