Observation

At the time of onsite inspection, the licensee and Aide had expired blood and body fluids trainings. At the time of onsite inspection, the lead teacher did not have a food worker card. At the time of onsite inspection,the licensee had an expired safe sleep training while a 9-month old child was present.
