Observation

2)c) There is a loose cord in one of the drawers in the kitchenette area that is accessible/reachable by children. 2)d) The drawer where the large plastic bags are stored was not secured to prevent child access. 3)f) There is a skinny shelf over by the kitchenette that is not anchored to prevent tipping. The tall shelf where rest mats are stored is also not anchored to prevent tipping. There are heavy items on the top shelves that could fall on a child if the shelves were tipped.
