Observation

1) The positioning of the climbing equipment in the playground bark area does not conform to CPSC standards for arranging the climbing equipment so that it has the necessary space around it in the playground bark (see CPSC standards for use zones). 1)a) The playground bark under the climbing equipment is hard and compacted and would not safely cushion a fall. This could be due to the winter weather. Depth could not be measured on this date as the bark is all stuck together.
