Licensor observed 2 TR broken outlet covers in Jr. Freshman room. Licensor observed 3 cabinets one with broken safety proof latch and two lower cabinets that stored plastic bags in them during visit. Licensor observed 1 loose cord in Pre Freshman that was long enough to wrap around a neck, that needs to be secured or out of reach of children.
