0165(2)(c) In the classroom 1: iPad charger cable and in the classroom 2: an electrical cord of the pencil sharpener are loose, can form a loop around a child's neck; and it needs to be inaccessible or secure to the wall. 0165(3)(a) in the classroom 1: metal trim needs to be secure is a tripping hazard and has sharp edges; the door frame is exposing wood that childcare children can have splinters; nail ans screw are exposing by a window next to the cubbies. In the outdoor area, some metal screws were protruding by the artificial grass area. 0165(3)(c) in the outdoor area, the following items were in poor condition or broken: 2 toy yellow trucks, 3 hula hoops, art easel - a corner panel and blue container, and clear plastic container. 0165(3)(f) the following shelves need to be secure to the wall becasue they are large and can be tipping hazard to childcare childre: classroom 2, the cubbies, fine motor shelf, and art supplies shelf. and Classroom 1 has a yellow dramatic play shelf. 0165(3)(g) the classroom 2 has some flaking paint around the door trim and peeling paint on a wall.
