Observation

At the time of the onsite inspection, three staff did not have a current bloodborne pathogens trainning or renewal in MERIT. At the time of the onsite inspection, one aide did not have a current first aid and CPR training listed in MERIT. At the time of the onsite inspection, at least three Aides did not have a current food handlers permit in MERIT. At the time of the onsite inspection, two Aides had not completed childcare basics within 3 months of being in the their role.
