Observation

(4) One eight-month old infant was asleep in an infant swing observed by two Licensors during an onsite visit. The Teacher told the Licensor, this is how the child can fall asleep. About 5 minutes the Licensor encouraged the Teacher to remove the sleeping infant from the swing. During the visit the infant was removed and placed into the crib.
