TV in family room above the fireplace must be secured as it is a tipping hazard Two boxes of hefty kitchen bags accessible to children on the kitchen counter Cords under desk in licensed dining room capable of forming a loop are accessible to children Gate on inside stairway not securely attached to wall needed to prevent children from accessing the stairs Outlets within 6 feet of water source must be GFCI and TR or covered with a blank plate. There are 4 outlets above the kitchen sink, 1 on the kitchen island, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the laundry room where children wash their hands that do not meet this requirement. Outlet in the hallway to the right of the bathroom and outlet behind the sofa near the window in the living room (gap between wall and sofa allowing children access) have outlets that are not tamper resistant. Check all outlets in the licensed space to ensure they are tamper resistant.
