0165(2)(b) In the kitchen area and in the living room there are 4 windows with blinds that have pull cords that form a loop. 0165(2)(d) In the bathroom there were plastic bags accesible to children. 0165(3)(F) In the livng room the cubbies were not secure to the wall and in the Kitchen there's a hutch both posses a risk of tipping.
