Observation

0165(2)(c): At the time of inspection, there is a Wi-Fi machine connected to an outlet and placed on one of the lower shelves with loose wire. On the same shelf, a number of tangled jump ropes were found, which were accessible to children. This was corrected on-site. In the corner of the quiet room, there is a lamp with loose wire accessible to children. Additionally, a storage shelf contains an outlet stored in the top drawer. 0165(2)(d): At the time of inspection, there was a garbage container located at the outdoor space area with an overflowing garbage bag placed outside of it. Additionally, a loose plastic bag was found near the main entrance which were accessible to children. 0165(3)(c): At the time of inspection, one outdoor toy (kitchen stations) has cracks which were accessible to children.
