-0165 (3)(d) Durante la visita tenia en el suelo basuritas pequenas, y una liga. En el bano tenia una caja lleno de esas ligas sin asegurar. Una nina agarro un tachuela y bebe trenia un plastiquito en la boca. / During visit, there was small debris/garbage in the floor in the play area, and there was a small rubber band there also. In the bathroom was a box with numerous rubber bands on bathroom sink and those were acessible. During visit, a little girl found a tack and the baby had a small plastic on his mouth. -0165 (2)(c) En el area de a cocina, esta un cordon electrico largo que no esta bien asegurado bien para que no forme lazo. / In the kitchen area is a long elecric cable that form a loop and need be secured. -0165 (3)(d) Lavadora y secardora en el bano aprovado no estaba asegurado durante horario de cuidado. The washer and the dryer in the licensed bathroom were not secured during visit.
