Observation

It was observed that one child's individual care plan in the file lacked information regarding substitute foods for nuts and eggs. The child listed as "lactose intolerant" did not have documented evidence indicating that they are no longer lactose intolerant. It was observed that one child's individual care plan in the file did not bear the doctor's signature. There was no evidence indicating that the staff had received the necessary emergency preparedness or medication training prior to working with children.
