0260(1)(a): Bathroom in the bedroom; shampoo's and conditioner's accessible to children. In the bathroom by the children's playroom in a cabinet there is deodorant, an electric shaver, Fabreze aerosol, Old Spice paste, and toothpaste accessible to children. 0260(5): Outside in the play area a rake was accessible to children. (this was removed during the visit 5/10/2024)
