Observation

A wading pool full of water was observed in the licensed outdoor play area, which is early learning program space that is licensed for outdoor play. The licensee reports this area is not used for outdoor play at present and the wading pool was for her dogs to use. The licensee sent the licensor a photo this afternoon showing the wading pool was emptied today.
