110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensee had cleaning chemicals, stored in the bathroom accessible behind the toilet, there were numerous personal hygiene including deodorant, lotions, hair sprays, essential oils vaper bath, toothpaste, and makeup products accessible to the children in the bathroom stored behind the toilet on a rack, there was mouthwash accessible by the hand washing sink accessible to the children in the bathroom, there was hand lotions accessible in the kitchen drawer. 110-300-0260(2)(a) (b) Licensee had a garage door opened and accessible to the children in the licensed play yard area along with an unlocked storage shed. 110-300-0260(5) Licensee had snow shovel accessible in the licensed play yard.
