In Kinder-Prep room, Styrofoam cups are accessible to children and being used to serve water & milk. They pose a choking hazard. Rubber gloves and plastic forks, were also accessible to children posing a choking hazard. 2 classrooms have been converted into teacher spaces to keep to social distancing. The teacher lounge room was observed accessible to children by an adjoining door to the next-door toddler classroom, children are able to access the room where both a microwave and coffee machine were observed on low shelves posing a burn hazard. The relaxation lounge, had Christmas type lighting plugged into outlets and are accessible by an unlocked door, the lights pose a choking, entrapment, and burn hazard. Heavy unsecured rolls of paper towels were observed on countertops in the classrooms. Heavy objects unsecured in the teacher lounge accessible to children.
