(2)(b) Window blinds were in place at both windows in the child care. One window blind was easily removed and removed immediately. (2)(c) A cord used to plug in a table top water fountain was accessiblet to children in care. This cord was made inaccessible immediately. (2)(d) Plastic gloves and bags were accessible to all children in drawers in the bathroom. (4)(d) The bathrooms , living, and dining rooms tested at 60 degrees upon my arrival. The family room tested at 63. This is where the heat pump is located that the provider was hopeful upon licensure would heat all licensed spaces. It does not appear to be working. By the time of departure not all rooms could be 68 or higher at all times.
