2) An annual fire safety inspection has not been completed. 3/7/2024 the checklist has been completed. 3g) the children nap in the front living room. There is not a smoke detector in this space. 3/7/2024 the smoke detector has been installed in the area where the children nap. 3i) The new fire extinguisher was too small, not meeting the 2A 10BC requirement. 3/7/2024- a new one has been purchase and in place.
