Observation

Blinds with inner cords capable of forming a loop were seen on one window. (1/6/2023- a picture was sent to show that the blinds were removed) Plastic bags were stored under the chaning table, accessible to children. (1/5/23- the plastic bags were removed during the onsite visit.) A tall white cabinet in the bathroom is not secured to the wall. (1/6/2023- this has been removed)
