Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(D): At the time of the site vist the Weasel room had plastic bags accessible to the children in a drawer and on the change table in the bathroom. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): At the time of the site visit the child sized chairs in the Fox room which had been painted black had black paint chipping/peeling in large chunks exposing the true color of the each chair underneath and a wooden toy storage shelf that is peeling/chipping in areas. There is a peeling/chipping shelf in the Fox room.
